Refund Policy

Return Policy

The policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges are not possible if 30 days have passed since purchase.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be included in the original package.

Some types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary articles, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, video games, tapes or vinyl records that have been opened

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please double check your bank account.

Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Then contact your bank. In most cases, it will take some time for the refund to be posted.

Items for sale (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchange (if applicable)

Replace the item only if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email support@sixfacecart.com. gift

If the product is displayed as a gift when purchased and sent directly, you will receive a gift credit for performance value. If you receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent.

If the object is not displayed as a gift when purchased, or if the donor gift sends an order to provide later, we will send a refund to the gift and find a return.

You are responsible for paying the transportation cost for the return of items. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Upon receipt of a refund, the return postage will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive the returned items.
