 Defective item received

If you receive a defective item, simply send us a photo to support@sixfacecart.com.com along with your order number. If the delivered item is defective or fades in the first wash, we will send you a free reship. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we would need would be a photo of the defective item.

 Not delivered on time

We fully understand that it is very frustrating not to receive orders on time. Maybe you ordered it for a special occasion or you just don't like to wait. Our orders are delivered from our United States and usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receipt. And it takes up to 10-12 days for shipping companies to get your order to you. But in some cases, it may be delayed due to problems with the post office. Each post office cannot accept parcels over a certain limit, which causes delays.

We would be very grateful if you waited for your order for a few more days. We will always be there to help keep you updated on the situation. You also have tracking data to check the status.

It becomes very difficult for us to cancel the order once it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

 Fault Size received

If you have received the wrong size, check the order you made with us. We have seen in most cases of bad size if it is selected by our customers when placing the order. In cases like these, please contact the support so you can guide with the exchange process in this case.

If you have ordered the right size, but you have always had the evil, we will be more than happy to send you free resistance :) Get it to know with a photo and we will be there to do it for you.

 I ordered by mistake / I'm no longer interested

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours to position them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order.

 Will you often have more designs, styles and products?

Yes, we will release more styles and products weekly! Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for sales and new arrivals notifications!

 How long will it take to receive my order?

Once an order is placed, there is a 1-4 day processing time followed by a 7-18 day shipping time. In total it may take 2-4 weeks to receive your items. Delivery times vary depending on the order, please contact us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions about your shipment!

 Can I get a tracking number?

Yes of course! All orders include tracking after order processing (1-4 days). Email: support@sixfacecart.com.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one asap. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

 Where can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked here by entering the correct order details and email address.

 Will you email me when my order ships?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another when your order ships. How can I pay?

We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments. You don't need a PayPal account to pay.

 What if I enter the wrong address?

If you have provided the wrong address and delivery has not taken place, please email us at support@sixfacecart.com.com. When it is shipped we will change it to the correct address. We are not responsible for return shipping. Please send the item to your new address. Be sure to fill in the correct address when ordering.

Taxes and Tariffs:

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, it is the sole responsibility of our customers. Duties and shipping charges are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.
